We require an efficient, administrator and communicator to join our small team, to take incoming calls for a varied number of clients and be responsible for the administration of the business. You will have excellent organisational and time-management skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, proficiency in various computer software programs and manage emails effectively.

General overview of responsibilities:

• Daily running of the office
• Monitor all inbound enquiries.
• Booking jobs for our engineers and scheduling appointments with clients.
• Use our software system package which includes es, job sheets, invoicing and job scheduler.
• Raising invoices, chasing payments and keeping our payment system up to date.
• Working with team members on building client relationships which will lead to repeat business.
• Negotiating prices when sourcing materials or plant hire.
• Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
• Answering all incoming calls to the office and meet & greet visitors.

The Person

• Previous office experience or experience in a similar role is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exemplary prioritisation skills.
• It is crucial in this role that you possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT skills and be familiar with working with databases.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Office 365 packages.
• A good recall/memory of ongoing jobs
• Have an eye for detail and be able to multitask and prioritise tasks on your own accord.
